Who can set up an alternative fund in Slovakia and what does it entail?\nThere is currently a growing interest in small investment funds.\nAlthough they are relatively easy to set up, managing them is no longer so simple.\nFounders often encounter problems when taxing or managing them. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Small investment funds are not intended for retail use, so their regulation is looser.\nAt the same time, they are also referred to as alternative funds.\nSmall funds also differ from standard funds in terms of the size and composition of the portfolio, which may be financially limited but more varied in composition. <\/p>\n\n
